Starting with the joy of movement, we stepped into warm Florida sun, beach, water, ocean breeze with opening and closing circles of prayers to the 4 directions. We passed the talking sick, listening to wise Sultanas with vast experience in “plants as medicine,” inviting us to experiment and commit to our own and familial holistic health journey. We began awakening to End of Life issues and opportunities for shaping “life before death” and the quality of our Sultanas years.

We ate and drank and had fun

without technology engulfing our precious time together.
